As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, common areas, loading and delivery areas, and exterior perimeter to help to identify unusual conditions and report concerns.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, directing visitor check-in processes, and assisting with badging and/or access authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete required shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and visitor and/or delivery records, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
