Associate, Equity Cash Trading

Associate, Equity Cash Trading – (job location is New York, NY; employer is Jefferies LLC) – Develop real-time flow monitoring and stock screening tools. Design a comprehensive suite of block trading products including IOI management, block pricing, and portfolio hedging. Run a systematic reversal strategy to identify short-term inflection points in stocks' trend. Train machine learning models to predict stock movement and identify profitable strategies. Develop and improve on a stock market's barometer to help traders better understand market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: using Bloomberg trading platform to evaluate trade execution quality and refine strategies; using EMSX to book, reconcile, and analyze stock trades; using Tradeweb to assess stock market depth and pricing efficiency; developing flow monitoring and stock screening tools; and designing block trading products.
