What You'll Do

As an Emergency Department RN, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients with diverse and often urgent healthcare needs.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
  • ADN required; BSN preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • ALS, PALS and NIH Stroke Scale required within six (6) months of employment in Emergency Department.
  • NRP is preferred, but not required.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and PEARS are encouraged within two (2) years of hire.
  • Two to three years' experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
  • Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM/De-Escalation) completed within six (6) months of hire.
