Position Overview Exact Science's Customer & Digital Experience (CDX) team is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering innovative, immersive, memorable customer-centric journeys for all our customers, across all channels (digital and physical). These journeys are grouped by Customer Types (e.g., Patient, Provider) and further categorized into a set of Experiences (e.g., Understand Risks & Complete Screening, Confirm Diagnosis). Each Experience has a set of specific, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that the overall team is accountable to fulfill. The Content Strategist is responsible for working with a team of CDX researchers, UX designers, strategists, and copywriters to create and drive an end-to-end content solution and optimization. Their duties include collaborating with the CDX Research team to learn about current content trends and target audiences, participating in meetings with management and team members to identify business objectives and learn more about company products, analyzing and synthesizing information, and creating strategies to meet those objectives within a given time frame. They will help drive the content vision and strategy and deliver intuitive, simple, and thoughtful content strategies that guides a user through the experience. They strive to balance quantitative and qualitative feedback while maintaining empathy and keeping the user at the center of everything they create. They can share a portfolio of work that demonstrates an ability to communicate complex ideas and terminology through simple, engaging content experiences (hierarchies, content relationships, types, metadata and schemas). They have experience collaborating with key stakeholders and legal reviewers. They are confident leading work and collaborating with writers outside of their team. Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $155,000.00 (National Salary) The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
