Managers for various & unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Provide thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines to stakeholders. Build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders. Perform project management high attention to detail, under strict deadlines and produce key deliverables. Independently lead execution of business plans and key initiatives. Act as subject matter expert and technical data liaison between clients and our team. Manage custom database curation and data stack creation in collaboration with team. Drive efficiencies in technical data processing. Supervise team to gather business and technical requirements to create data specifications, and acquire and assess client data from multiple sources. Oversee team's conversations and technical discussions with client data owners and media agency partners to identify data and source systems. Identify risks throughout project and make recommendations to improve data acquisition practices, automated data pipelines, data validation methods, and related data tasks. Train teams and stakeholders and maintain best practices. Technical Skills: data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Python), machine learning; advanced mathematical models; ETL maps for client deliverables (collection, mapping, programming, analysis, validation); data management, large-scale data infrastructures; data acquisition, automation, and validation; data quality best practices; cloud platforms, web APIs; data governance; scalable data solutions; digital marketing ecosystems including intelligence-related data platforms (macroeconomic, social sentiment, ad servers, media measurement and performance); data integration, analytics, marketing technology; Oracle; Excel.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in Data integration solutions or as an Analyst or Consultant or Developer required. Required Skills: Experience with data ecosystems, leading high-level technical discussions, architecting scalable data solutions, and driving cross-functional collaboration across consulting, data science, and product teams; exceptional project leadership experience with operational risk; experience in data acquisition, automation, and validation; experience independently executing complex business initiatives, managing high-stakes client relationships, and delivering transformative outcomes with precision and authority; experience in data integration, analytics, marketing technology; expertise in cloud platforms, ETL processes, APIs, data governance, and digital marketing ecosystems; experience with intelligence-related data platforms (macroeconomic, social sentiment, ad servers, media measurement and performance); proven experience managing large-scale data infrastructures; exceptional people leadership experience: mentor and inspire teams while fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $142,210/yr to $142,210/yr. annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
