Position Summary

FedData Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking...FedData Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a Junior .NET Software Developer with 1-2 years of experience in web application development. In this role, as part of a small development team, you will assist in the design, development, and support of in-house applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while leveraging various programming languages and technologies.

The candidate will assist with developing a warehouse management system that interfaces with Salesforce for accurate material handling. Candidate must be familiar with .net, SQL Database, Web development for customer facing API, Android (scanner) Gitlab (Data store). In addition will work with OEM vendors to install and implement software in the Demonstration lab to support client demos in the unclassified spaces.

Essential Job Functions

Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation and code comments

Study information needs, confer with users, study systems flow, data usage, and work processes in order to begin developing software solutions
Enhance web applications using ASP .NET/MVC
Optimize SQL Server databases
Refine requirements to translate them into functional specs
Begin developing unit tests

Minimum Required Qualifications

Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required
There is no clearance required for this position
Bachelor of Science in in software/technical based field
1-2 years experience with software experience focused on data-oriented business applications
Basic understanding with the ASP
NET framework, MVC, C#, Blazer, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns
Experience with HTML5/JavaScript/CSS/jQuery/Bootstrap/Angular
Experience with C#, Visual Studio (2019 +), and MS toolsets
Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 or higher
Experience creating web services from scratch and writing Web APIs
Experience with Git based source control
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent English-language oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with Test Automation Framework
In addition will work with OEM vendors to install and implement software in the Demonstration lab to support client demos in the unclassified spaces.
Must report onsite in Annapolis Junction

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM (Salesforce) integration is a plus

Pay Scale:

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000-$89,000. The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).

Working Conditions Work is typically based in a busy oce environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements:

May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing,walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation:

Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
