Position Title: CNC Operator
Wage: $20.00 - $22.00/hour Shift: 1st Mon - Fri Hours: 06:00 am - 02:00 pm Seize your opportunities! Apply with QPS! CNC Operator Responsibilities: - Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to produce precision parts - Load and unload materials and monitor machine operations - Perform basic machine setup adjustments and tool changes as needed - Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met - Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules - Maintain accurate production and quality documentation - Keep work area clean and organized following safety guidelines - Communicate issues or deviations to supervisors or quality team - Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Requirements for CNC Operator: - Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience - Ability to read basic work instructions and follow procedures - Strong attention to detail and quality focus - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed - Commitment to workplace safety - CNC machine operation experience - Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) - Experience in precision machining or production environments QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
