Responsibilities: Install, program, and service alarm systems (Honeywell, DSC, Alarm.com preferred) Troubleshoot and repair intrusion systems Perform system testing and commissioning Read and interpret system diagrams and blueprints Run and terminate low voltage wiring Provide end-user training on alarm systems Complete service documentation accurately and professionally Ensure compliance with safety and code requirements Requirements: 2+ years of alarm installation/service experience Strong working knowledge of Honeywell, DSC, and Alarm.com systems Ability to program systems independently Experience troubleshooting alarm panels and devices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage service calls Preferred Qualifications: NICET certification a plus Experience in commercial environments Experience with access control or CCTV systems Why Work with Next Level Technician in Winston-Salem, NC?
