Job Description: Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Kill Chain Integration Manager to serve as an Action Officer supporting the ACC/A2 Branch Chief in executing COMACC's vision for Kill Chain capability development and integration. This role provides strategic, operational, and governance-level integration across ISR, Targeting, and C2 efforts to align ACC's transformative initiatives with AFFOC, JADC2, and ACE operational outcomes. The Kill Chain Integration Manager will coordinate across MAJCOM, HAF, and Department of the Air Force stakeholders to ensure alignment of narrative, capability development, governance functions, and decision-quality data supporting enterprise-level Kill Chain modernization and operational effectiveness. Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Action Officer supporting ACC/A2 Branch Chief efforts to implement COMACC's vision for Kill Chain capability development and integration.
- Assist in implementing strategic approaches, stakeholder engagement plans, and execution frameworks for Kill Chain capability advancement.
- Integrate Command and Control (C2) and Targeting capabilities across ACC transformative initiatives, including AOC, AFFOR, EIP, and LW efforts, ensuring alignment with AFFOC, JADC2, and ACE operational outcomes.
- Integrate ISR, Targeting, and C2 capabilities within a common digital environment, establishing integrated workflows to accelerate and scale dynamic targeting and Kill Chain operations.
- Support ACC Kill Chain Governance Structure functions, ensuring alignment of MAJCOM narrative and producing actionable, decision-quality data on Air Force Kill Chain matters for HAF leadership.
- Support ACC/A2 implementation efforts impacting Kill Chain management across the Department of the Air Force.
- Develop briefing materials, white papers, decision memoranda, and executive-level products for senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts among operational, intelligence, targeting, and C2 stakeholders to ensure synchronization of capability development and operational execution.
- Provide analytical support, integration assessments, and recommendations to improve speed, scalability, and effectiveness of Kill Chain operations.
- Independently manage high-visibility and mission-critical efforts related to Kill Chain integration.
- May oversee and provide guidance to junior staff supporting Kill Chain initiatives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience supporting high-visibility, mission-critical defense or Air Force programs.
- Demonstrated experience in ISR, Targeting, Command and Control (C2), operational integration, or capability development within the Department of the Air Force or DoD environment.
- Experience supporting governance structures, senior leader engagements, and enterprise-level coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), Agile Combat Employment (ACE), and Air Operations Center (AOC) operations.
- Experience integrating capabilities within digital environments and improving operational workflows.
- Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
- Experience developing executive-level briefings and decision-quality products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex efforts simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating across MAJCOM, HAF, and enterprise-level stakeholders.
- U.S Citizenship required
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting ACC/A2 or MAJCOM-level operations.
- Familiarity with AFFOC, EIP, and Lead Wing (LW) operational constructs.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting digital modernization, data integration, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Joint operational experience.
Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree (MA/MS) and ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- 12 years' work experience may be substituted for a master's degree.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years' work experience may be substituted for a master's degree.
