Human Resources Business Partner (Hybrid) - Oakdale, MN Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 3 Days/Week; Bilingual (Spanish/English) Strongly Preferred Compensation: 80k - 100k annually Relocation Assistance Available We are seeking a collaborative and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our teams in Oakdale, MN and San German, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will partner closely with operational leaders to strengthen our workplace culture, guide employee relations, and support key HR programs across the organization.
