Department Overview

Enterprise Business & Technology Modernization is a cross-functional organization leading PG&E's Propel and Elevate programs, a major business and technology modernization initiative designed to unlock customer value by simplifying collaborative work processes. Elevate will migrate PG&E to the new version of GIS and Utility Network, presenting a unique opportunity for PG&E to standardize business processes, move to out of the box technology, and enable innovation for breakthrough change across Engineering, Operations, and Information Technology.

Enterprise Business & Technology Modernization is comprised of multi-disciplinary coworkers with deep functional and industry expertise to design and implement end-to-end business processes and technology solutions following industry-leading practices. The team partners closely with IT and external partners to work collaboratively with many stakeholders to adopt standard processes and maximize the use of out-of-the-box proven technology solutions to meet business needs. Position Summary

Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and Oakland, CA on average 3 days per week, or more, or based on business needs or company requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Applies advanced knowledge to wide- ranging issues.
• Develop business cases in support of strategy or change initiatives.
• Develops innovative data solutions to address complex business issues. Presents findings and proposed recommendations to leaders.
• Executes OT/UT while managing call delivery requirements across sites.
• May provide direction and coaching to other Business Analysts.
• Performs analysis on highly complex data models that have cross- functional impact.
• Works with and leverages relationships with Directors and Managers across functions / PG&E.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Job-related experience, 6 years

Desired:

• Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced in Microsoft Products: PowerBI, Power Automate, and Excel

PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and midpoint listed below. Thefinal decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Bay Area Min: $122,000.00

Bay Area Mid: $158,000.00

Bay Area Max: $194,000.00
