POSITION SUMMARY The Quality Team Leader is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across Lectra's North American manufacturing, operations. This role leads the local Quality team in Tolland and acts as a key partner to Production, Engineering, Customer Care, and Supply Chain teams onsite. This position reports to the Industrial Quality Director located in France. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & Development EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS - Understanding of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA, 8D, DMAIC).
