Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Picker to ensure accurate and timely material flow that directly supports production readiness and mission delivery.

What You'll Do

* Pick, pull, and stage materials accurately according to work orders and bills of materials (BOMs).

* Verify part numbers, quantities, and revisions prior to kit release.

* Prepare and deliver material kits to production in alignment with build schedules.

* Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transaction entry in ERP/MRP systems.

* Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits as required.

* Identify and report material shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns.

* Label, package, and transport materials safely within the facility.

* Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom and warehouse areas.

* Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and material handling procedures.

* Support receiving, stocking, and general warehouse operations as needed.

Requirements

* 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, stockroom, or manufacturing material handling.

* Experience picking from bills of materials (BOMs) or work orders preferred.

* Basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

* Ability to read part numbers, labels, and technical descriptions accurately.

* Basic computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, Microsoft Office).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred

* Experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing.

* Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.

* Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.

Work Environment

This position typically operates in a standard office setting and manufacturing environment. This role requires use of standard office equipment and may involve exposure to equipment, tools, machinery, hazardous chemicals, or materials relevant to the role. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross departmental collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard works hours for this position 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with occasional overtime as operational needs demand.
