Key Responsibilities



  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of materials.
  • Assist in developing and documenting HR standard work, onboarding workflows, and training procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to onboarding and training processes.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed.


Required Qualifications



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, talent development, or organizational processes.
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Basic understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, or employee engagement.
  • Previous internship or project experience in an HR or administrative environment.
  • Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Continuous Improvement.


Education Requirements



  • Rising Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
