Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Birmingham AL, 35203 (Hybrid job)

Duration: 12+ months

Schedule: 40 hours per week | 4 days in-office, 1 remote day

Pay Range: $23/hr. - $24/hr.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Multimedia Designer with 2-5 years of experience to support a wide range of marketing and communication initiatives. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visual content that aligns with organizational standards and brand expectations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple media formats and continuously looks for ways to improve design processes and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of design projects across multiple media using various software tools
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure designs meet brand standards and organizational expectations
• Develop marketing concepts by hand or using design software
• Collaborate with multiple teams or clients on diverse marketing materials
• Manage the design process and follow best practices within content management systems
• Examine existing processes and recommend solutions to improve design efficiency and capabilities
• Update and maintain internal databases for design assets, photography, and video content
• Support video production and multimedia content development as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional design experience
• Strong PowerPoint design and presentation skills
• Experience with Camtasia and video production
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• SaaS industry experience

Work Environment

• This position is based a hybrid schedule with four days in-office and one remote day per week.
