Position Title: Production
Wage: $18.92-$20.92 per hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Production position available at a company in Monticello, WI. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Sanitation, working with strong chemicals, following chemical handling procedures, inspecting and cleaning undersides of equipment. - Form filling, flipping forms, lift forms, palletizing. - Carting, pushing filled cart onto lift, elevating 3ft and pulling into packaging area to go to cooler. - Shoveling, evenly distribute curd into vat, using shoveling technique, sometimes by hand. - Machine loading, bagging, scaling, labeling, boxing (may use retractable knife). - Cutting (may use small paring knife). Production Requirements: - This position involves very to moderately strenuous work. - Entire workday involves standing and walking with frequent bending, twisting, pushing and squatting. - This position can frequently involve lifting of up to 50 lbs. - This job occasionally involves being on knees inspecting and cleaning undersides of equipment. - HS diploma or equivalent is desired but not required. - Food plant sanitation, production experience helpful. - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. - Must be able to read, understand, and carry out written procedures. - Ability to write so as effectively communicate in the plant. monroe@qpsemployment.com IND038 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
