Flexo Press Operator Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm) *Pay: $24-$25/hr (Based on experience)* We are seeking an experienced Flexo Press Operator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in manufacturing high-quality custom products for the medical and industrial industries. The ideal candidate will have strong flexographic printing experience, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and efficiency. Job Description: Set up flexographic printing presses to ensure finished product meets customer specifications Read and interpret job specifications, drawings, and written instructions Mount plates and select appropriate anilox rollers Insert and set up rotary dies; perform rotary die cutting Splice roll materials and adjust speed, tension, and alignment for optimal print quality Perform in-process and final quality inspections to meet engineering and customer standards Remove finished and waste rolls from press Attach and operate finishing equipment as required Complete job documentation, inspection paperwork, and time/material tracking in Label Traxx Check availability of component parts before job setup Efficiently wash up press between jobs to minimize downtime Perform daily preventative maintenance and submit maintenance requests as needed Maintain a clean, organized 6S work area and follow all safety procedures
