Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * At least 2 years of experience in a residential reentry center or similar setting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. * Strong grammar, written, and verbal communication skills. * Must be able to pass a Federal Bureau of Prisons background check. * Must meet all agency employment requirements, including: o Professional references o Criminal background check o Drug screening o Driver's license check Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Communication - Ability to provide information effectively with a diverse population, including the persons we serve, supervisors, colleagues, and program partners, through clear written and oral communication. Ability receive and direct participants and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner while interacting with a wide variety of individuals (participants, staff, vendors, neighbors, funders, family members, and the general public). Technological Aptitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software applications; ability to use general technological skills throughout daily job functions, including email, internet, and company-specified systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows, Word, Excel). Managing Priorities/Deadlines - Ability to maintain schedules, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills. Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to think critically and be solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment, identifying and addressing program deficiencies while adapting to program changes and challenges.
