Overview
ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking an Engineering Administrative Technical Specialist to join the team. In this role, you'll work alongside engineering and project teams to keep critical projects on track - ensuring every document, deadline, and detail is exactly where it needs to be. This role can be based in the following locations:
Responsibilities Imagine a day where you're reviewing technical documents, reconciling financial data, and keeping training deadlines on track. In this role, no two days are the same, but every day you're the organizational backbone keeping projects moving forward. Document Management: Support engineering team with information requests - uploading and downloading documents from the client electronic (or potentially physical) storage system. Perform "admin" reviews of technical documents. This review consists of procedural adherence as well as readability reviews. Assist with preparing engineering and technical documents Qualifications
