What You'll Do
- Processing weekly incentive payments to LTDR Fleet customers
- Supporting Fleet operations to resolve customer payment issues
- Evaluating customer incentive proposals
- Month end close activities such as the preparation of journal entries, including incentive accruals and reserve balances
- Supporting the monthly profit & loss and cash flow forecasts
- Monitoring internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
- Providing internal/external audit support as needed
- Managing significant interaction with Fleet Operations, IT, Audit, Internal Controls and Corporate Accounting
- Developing Ad-Hoc/ special projects as requested

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related degree
- 8+ years of work experience Finance or Accounting (or minimum 7 yrs with MBA or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance)
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel & PowerPoint as well as Teams and Essbase
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with Financial Systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Essbase and OneStream
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, summarize data and draw conclusions
