Job Summary:

The Vice President, Aesthetics Sales, West willbe responsible forleading a world-class direct sales organization in the U.S., along with driving the go-to-market strategy and results forRevance.This executive will create and execute commercial strategies that result in market development and adoption ofRevanceproducts, andprovideleadership, strategicdirectionand overall management of the sales organization to ensure the company's revenue, growth and profitabilityobjectivesare met.Through a collaborative leadership style, the Vice President, Sales will foster a winning team environment.

  • Salary Range: $200,000-$215,000 annually + Commission


*The final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education, and geographic location.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:



  • Hire, develop andretaina world-class and high-performing team, and continually move the group to higher levels of achievement.
  • Manage, expand and leverageRevance'sdirect sales structure.
  • Together with the Chief Revenue Officer, create the culture and vision for the sales force that aligns the field sales organization around the company culture, vision, strategic plans, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and drive sales plans and strategies for achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability growth targets for the U.S.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, training, and mentoring to the sales organization to further develop their skills and institutionalize learning and best practices, exceeding industry averages.
  • In partnership with HR and the commercial operationsteam;lead, design, communicate, and deploy compensation and sales incentive programs that motivate the team and drive profitable growth.
  • Define and implement processes,infrastructureand systems to manage sales execution.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive channel strategies, including pricing policies, marketingprogramsand lead generation.
  • Develop,manageandmonitorannual sales budgets and expenses to maximize return on investment.
  • Utilize the annual national sales meeting and regional conferences to motivate the sales team and differentiateRevanceofferings in the marketplace.
  • Meet with key clients tomaintainrelationships and negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and government agencies.
  • Establish a cohesive, high-performing team that works closely together to close sales and provideexcellentcustomer experience, with clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Introduce sales training,toolsand metrics.
  • Deliver significant, sustainable growth, in line with the annual operating plan.
  • Ability to travel overnight 25-75%


Basic Qualifications:



  • Minimum Required:

    • Bachelor's degree


  • Preferred:

    • M.B.A. or advanced degree in a relevant field




Experience



  • At least 15 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in sales and sales management, and a history of developing and deploying successful commercial strategies to launch products and develop new markets.
  • Preference for both large and smallcompanyexperience and a sophisticated understanding of cash pay markets.
  • Track recordof leading and galvanizing results-focused,high performancesales teams, and developing and driving talent to consistentlyoverachieveits goals.
  • Experience leading and developing large sales teams of 100-300 employees in direct selling channels and scaling them as the business grows.
  • Experience successfully managing and inspiring sales teams in a time of change and rapid growth with proven resilience to overcome challenges and exceed customer expectations.

  • Reviews project progressfrequentlyandseekscorrective actions when needed.
