Job Title: Licensed - Clinical LGPC, LCPC Employment Type: 1099 Contract

REMOTE.

Hourly Rate: $55.00 to $60.00 Hourly

Schedule: Flexible hours with availability for evenings, days, and weekends

10 to 15 hours per week. Location: Telehealth

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Licensed LCPC / LCPC to provide therapeutic services primarily through telehealth. This role involves weekly meetings with assigned consumers and delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. Candidates with outpatient setting experience are preferred. To work with a highly experienced and tenured team of professionals. Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans for each consumer.
• Perform comprehensive screening, assessment, care planning, and coordination.
• Engage in practice-based learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Core Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in screening, assessment, and intervention techniques.
• Experience in care planning and coordination.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.
• Licensed in Maryland.
• Competence in conducting telehealth sessions and maintaining client confidentiality.
