ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Specializes in the comprehensive ecosystem of financial transactions, including processing, technology, and regulation related to methods of payment, such as: electronic payments, card networks, and digital wallets, etc.
  • Works closely with payment processors, and stays in-the-know of the latest trends in customer payment options.
  • Analyzes existing processes to identify opportunities and makes suggestions for process and system enhancements that align with Mouser objectives.
  • Routinely makes suggestions for process & system enhancements as well as plans for implementation, including: testing, training, deployment communications, and procedure updates.
  • Regularly engages with crossfunctional teams to review project status, set priorities, and align on business and technical requirements across system design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Takes a lead role in collaboration with technical teams to drive system and process enhancement projects forward, providing regular status updates to department leadership, and ensuring user acceptance testing and application deployments are executed smoothly.
  • Communicates to Finance teams globally regarding applications and process enhancements.
  • Oversees the creation and delivery of training materials.
  • Oversees the development of KPIs and performance reporting methods for all Finance functions.
  • Always considers internal and external customer experience.
  • Manages, interprets, and utilizes data to empower decision-making and measure performance.
  • Develops and maintains a productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance.
  • Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more full-time employees or their equivalent. Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination.
  • Manages daily operations to meet department and company objectives.
  • Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, or minimum of 3 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will manage. Including:
  • Internal candidates: Minimum 2 years as a highly performing Mouser Team Lead or Supervisor.
  • External candidates: Minimum 3 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position
  • Lean Six Sigma experience a plus.
  • Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) Certified Payments Professional (CPP) and/or FTIP certification preferred.
  • Experience in digital transformation or managing implementations of complex systems and projects in a multi-national environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Tableau or other data visualization platforms required.
  • Experience leading a team in a global environment preferred.
