This is a contract opportunity supporting onsite deployment activities in Phoenix, Arizona. As a consultant, you are eligible for some benefits. We are seeking experienced and professional Windows 11 Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale desktop and laptop refresh initiative. This role will focus on hardware replacement, Windows 11 upgrades, troubleshooting, and end-user support. Candidates must have prior Windows 11 upgrade experience and be comfortable working independently after initial training. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with onsite teams to minimize business disruption. Responsibilities: Perform physical replacement of incompatible desktops and laptops as part of a structured refresh project. Execute Windows 11 upgrades on compatible devices. Troubleshoot upgrade failures and perform remediation to ensure successful deployment. Transfer user data and validate application functionality post-upgrade. Coordinate with site teams and end users to minimize downtime and operational disruption. Document device status, deployment progress, and update asset management systems accurately. Lift and transport equipment (up to 30 lbs. as needed) during device replacement activities. Diagnose and resolve Windows 11 configuration, driver, and compatibility issues.
