Responsibilities Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Support Engineer to join our Manufacturing Technology Group, at our Howmet Research Center in Whitehall, Michigan. This role is responsible for driving lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives across spare parts, coils, automation, and large equipment manufacturing. The engineer will work closely with project and mechanical engineers to support ongoing equipment build projects, while taking ownership of the spare parts ordering process-including sourcing, quoting, processing purchase orders, tracking, and shipping parts to internal customers.
