Job Requirements
At Fearless, the Intern serves in the capacity of Rails + Localization Intern on a project responsible for modernization initiative within the Maryland Department of Labor. The Impact You Will Create: This role is accountable for supporting the Employers Workflow within the customer's application, contributing directly to Ruby on Rails feature support, UAT resolution, translation rollout, and structured documentation updates. Partnering with Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and State stakeholders, this intern delivers user-facing improvements and production-ready enhancements within an established application architecture.
