Job Summary The Customer Care Associate (CCA) plays a vital role in supporting healthcare operations by delivering exceptional customer service to providers and members. This role handles incoming and outgoing calls, manages dialysis patient referrals, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Responsibilities * Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from providers and members. * Manage admission intake and submit referrals for dialysis patients (travel, new patients, transfers). * Take calls for follow-up status on submitted referrals. * Acquire job skills and learn company policies under close supervision to complete routine tasks. * Process received orders in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. * Maintain detailed data in applicable systems and monitor account activity. * Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, coordinating service orders across teams. * Assist customers with requests for changes to patient information. * Document all calls in appropriate systems. * Training Schedule: Typically 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CT * Future Shift: 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CT Hybrid Schedule: * Remote on Monday, Thursday, and Friday (subject to change) * Inoffice on Tuesday and Wednesday (subject to change) #prioritywest Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Bluff, IL.
