Your Job INVISTA is seeking a Technical Manager to lead technical excellence at our Seaford, Delaware facility-one of the original nylon manufacturing sites. This role has direct accountability for technical talent, process capability, product quality and technology direction, with a clear mandate to improve performance and long-term competitiveness. Our Team The Technical Manager leads a diverse technical group consisting of process engineers, a quality manager, and a control systems engineer. The team collaborates closely with reliability engineers specializing in mechanical, electrical, and high voltage systems. The Technical Manager will work alongside site leadership and project teams, fostering collaboration and development across the organization. The Seaford plant holds a rich industrial legacy and has renewed and reinvented itself many times to remain a globally competitive supplier since being the world's first nylon plant. The site primarily supports INVISTA's nylon fibers business, producing it's Nylon 6,6 staple fiber. What You Will Do
