Our client is looking for a Senior Ads Marketing Manager to join their team!
This is an onsite, full-time (40 hours/week), 9 month long contract opportunity based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities: - Provide senior marketing leadership and interim program ownership, ensuring continuity and forward momentum across Ads Marketing thought leadership, content initiatives, and strategic storytelling programs. - Lead the development and execution of scalable content programs by translating business insights, advertiser needs, and market intelligence into cohesive narratives across web, social, presentations, and live events. - Oversee the end-to-end execution of a robust case study pipeline, guiding projects from intake through publication while maintaining quality, consistency, and delivery against key business milestones. - Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Communications, Research, regional marketing teams, and external partners to align messaging and amplify advertiser-facing storytelling. - Operate as a strategic connector across teams, synthesizing inputs, identifying risks, and driving projects forward with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment. - Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating high-level plans into tangible deliverables that support awareness, consideration, and advertiser engagement goals. - Maintain executional clarity across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring programs remain aligned to broader marketing objectives and evolving business priorities. Requirements: - 8-12+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, or creative strategy roles, ideally within content agencies, brand marketing organizations, or B2B environments. - Proven success building scalable content programs and thought leadership initiatives that connect marketing strategy to measurable business outcomes. - Strong understanding of B2B marketing and advertiser audiences, including experience developing narratives that support demand generation and brand positioning. - Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, Research, and regional teams. The pay for this W-2 position is $100.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
