Wellesley MA Full time R0014486 TThe AI/ML Agentic Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of next-generation agent-based software systems. Specifically responsible for working closely with the Sr. Director, Analytics & AI, faculty, students and other technical staff within Information Technology to create intelligent, directable, and economical agents that enhance human capabilities and foster partnerships between humans and machines. YOUR TEAM WILL INCLUDE N/A WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing or deploying AI/ML solutions Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to drive innovation and value Hands-on experience implementing agent algorithms and debugging code. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design and productionize solutions Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python programming Experience with cloud-based service development and operations (e.g., Azure, Fabric) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Envisions and proposes new methods to perform tasks that support Entrepreneurial Thought & Action; takes thoughtful risks; and accepts new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results. Anticipates and embraces change; demonstrates willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions. This is an exempt position with the following pay range: $150,827 - $167,585; the role is also eligible for bonuses based on performance and budget. Babson College offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees working at least 28 hours per week.
