Cleanroom Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Cleanroom Supervisor to lead and oversee cleanroom operations related to the final processing, inspection, and packaging of high-purity valve components. This role ensures strict adherence to contamination control standards, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures while driving team performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Cleanroom Operations & Leadership
  • Supervise daily cleanroom activities, including scheduling, labor planning, and workflow coordination.

  • Lead, train, and coach cleanroom personnel on gowning procedures, contamination control, inspection standards, and packaging requirements.

  • Ensure strict compliance with cleanroom protocols, including material flow, housekeeping, and environmental standards.

  • Review work orders, drawings, and customer specifications to ensure proper execution of final processing requirements.

  • Oversee final inspection to verify cleanliness, labeling accuracy, surface finish, and packaging integrity prior to release.

  • Ensure proper handling, sealing, labeling, and documentation of high-purity components.

  • Maintain full traceability through accurate lot tracking and documentation.

  • Investigate nonconforming products and coordinate corrective actions with Quality and Engineering.

  • Monitor cleanroom environmental conditions and escalate deviations as necessary.

  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and certification of cleanroom equipment and controlled environments.

  • Enforce safety policies and proper PPE usage.

  • Maintain accurate production, inspection, and training records in compliance with ISO and customer requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce contamination risk.

  • Other duties.

Work Schedule

Fixed schedule (shift to be determined).
Some early morning, evening, or weekend work may be required based on business needs. Occasional travel may be required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • 5+ years of experience in a cleanroom production environment.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.

  • Strong understanding of contamination control and cleanroom protocols.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and drawings.

  • Basic computer skills.
