* Strong working knowledge of medical insurance plans and types of coverage provided, with the ability to oversee accurate verification, billing, and charge reconciliation processes.

* Proficient in Epic CareConnect, including appointment scheduling and charge worklist maintenance (REQUIRED).

* Proven supervisory and team-building experience, with the ability to mentor staff, set priorities, and ensure efficient suite operations.

* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, monitor clinician schedules, and adapt to shifting priorities.

* Ability to triage patient concerns, elicit relevant clinical information, and assign appropriately based on established protocols.
