Join us as our Marketing Manager, where you'll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate our brand, support sales growth, attract top-tier talent, and reinforce our commitment to the communities we serve.

This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution across product marketing, digital marketing, recruitment marketing, internal communication, and community outreach. You will partner closely with sales, HR, operations, and company leadership to strengthen our market presence and position us as both a preferred manufacturing partner and an employer of choice.


Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Product Marketing

  • Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Create and execute integrated campaigns (digital, print, email, trade shows, content marketing) to generate qualified leads.
  • Produce sales collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and product sheets.
  • Partner with the sales team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and account-based marketing initiatives.


Digital Marketing

  • Manage the company website, SEO/SEM programs, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate public relations activities, press releases, and placement in industry publications.


Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with HR to design and execute marketing strategies that attract skilled manufacturing talent.
  • Develop recruitment campaigns, job ads, and content that highlight company culture, growth opportunities, and employee success stories.
  • Manage employer branding across digital platforms, job boards, social media, and community partnerships.
  • Support hiring initiatives through targeted outreach, career fair materials, and workforce development programs.


Internal Communications & Organizational Support

  • Develop internal communication materials that reinforce company values and enhance employee engagement.
  • Support Organizational Development in creating training materials and learning resources.


Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize marketing effectiveness and resource allocation.


General & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines.
  • Maintain clean and orderly work areas.


Supervisory Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager directly supervises employees in the Marketing department and is responsible for:



  • Training and developing team members
  • Planning, assigning, and directing daily work
  • Conducting performance evaluations
  • Addressing issues and solving problems in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or
  • High school diploma/GED plus 3-5 years of related experience; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing tools/platforms is required.
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
