Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$134,100.00 to$223,500.00.

Position Details:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and leadGrainger.com'sGuidance Experiences. You willown customer-facing experiences that help customers browse, evaluate, and confidently select the right products.

This role owns Product Detail Pages (PDP), Category Pages, rich content modules, navigation systems, and end-to-end user flows that support browsing, decision-making, and action.You willguide customers through context and intent-aware experiences and recommendations.Thesesurfaces are central to helping customers navigate a catalog of 1M+ products and complete purchases withconfidence.

You will set the strategy and roadmap across now, near, and next horizons,ensuringGrainger's digital experience delivers the clarity,expertise, and helpfulness customers expect from our in-store experience.You will lead structured experimentationand ship thin slicestovalidatelearning quickly whilemaintaininghigh execution qualityand accountability.You will influence cross functional partners and stakeholders through clear narratives connecting product decisions tomeasurablebusiness outcomes.This role partners closely with Search (which ownssearchresults templates and typeahead), Merchandising, UX, Engineering, Analytics, and Platform teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences. You will report to the Director of Product Management.

You Will:

• Structured Thinking:Owns and evolves product strategy forGuidanceExperiences,establishingenterprise roadmaps across now, near, and next to drive advantaged customer outcomes at every stage. As roadmaps enter execution, ensure work is well-formed and clear for delivery partners.
• Measurable Outcomes:Defines and monitors success metrics across the roadmap, making data-informed decisions in ambiguous environments, driving outcomes aligned to the product strategy and creating transparency and accountability across teams and stakeholders.
• Communication & Storytelling:Influences senior stakeholders through clear narratives that connect product strategy to business outcomes, helpingpartnersreasonabouttradeoffs and priorities.
• User-Focused:Champions deep customer understanding and ensures data-driven insights drive prioritization and solution design, partnering with UX and Analytics on research asappropriate,and partnering with operational teams to assess and propose process changes needed to achieve business outcomes.
• Creativity: Identifiesnovel opportunities and rethinks approaches to unlock new value for customers and the businessleveragingmarket and Grainger understanding.
• Win as One Team:Leads alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, resolving conflicts and driving shared accountability.
• Competewith Urgency:Balances speed, quality, and risk across initiatives to deliver maximum impact.Staysahead of trends in adjacent technologies, competitive space, and customer needs and develop a clear strategy around how Grainger can win.
• Talent Development:Coaches and mentors other product managers, raising product craft and execution quality.

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencerequired

• 7+ years Product Management or equivalent experiencerequired

• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-team product initiatives.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced ability to use data, experimentation, and insights to guide decisions.

• Experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Proven ability tooperateeffectively in high-ambiguity environments.

• Passion for developing others and elevating product practices.
