Principal Business Process Analyst, PLM
Overview Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these. As a core member of our Innovation Excelelnce team, the Principal Business Process Analyst (Product Lifecycle Management) will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure alignment and successful delivery of PLM capabilities. This role focuses on designing, optimizing, and supporting PLM processes within the S/4HANA ERP environment, with support for future state PLM initiatives. The analyst ensures high-quality design decisions, drives cross-functional coordination, and supports successful deployment of PLM capabilities. Responsibilities Business Alignment & Leadership Act as the PLM business lead for workstream decisions and cross-functional alignment for S/4 HANA enterprise deployment
