About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fastpaced Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring activity. This role is responsible for highvolume interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and administrative support across the full recruiting lifecycle. In this role, you will partner closely with Talent Advisors (Recruiters), ensure a smooth candidate experience, and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system. This is a handson coordination role (not a leadership position) focused on execution, organization, and delivering a consistent, professional recruiting process. This is a temporary, hybrid opportunity with strong exposure to HR and Talent Acquisition leadership. Top Skills - Must Haves * 3+ years of HR or recruiting administrative experience * (Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, Onboarding Specialist) * Working knowledge of recruiting and HR processes, including: * I9s * Employee onboarding * Screening * Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews (20-30+ per week) * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) * Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System * (Workday experience is a strong plus) * High attention to detail while managing multiple priorities * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional demeanor; comfortable interacting with HR leadership * Proactive communication style with a strong sense of urgency Nice to Have Skills * Direct experience using Workday Recruiting * Experience supporting multiple recruiters simultaneously * Prior exposure to large corporate or regulated environments * Interest in pursuing a longerterm career in Talent Acquisition Work Environment * Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite * Corporate office setting (St. Petersburg, FL) * Fastpaced, highvolume recruiting environment * Regular interaction with recruiters, HR partners, and senior leadership Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of St. Petersburg, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
