Infusion Coordinator Overview The Infusion Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination of infusion therapy services within a clinical setting. This position is responsible for scheduling infusions, supporting the administration process, and maintaining accurate documentation. Acting as a liaison between patients, providers, and the clinical team, the Infusion Coordinator helps ensure timely, wellorganized, and highquality patient care. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and schedule patient infusion appointments * Support the infusion administration process and ensure readiness of all required resources * Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation * Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure smooth care delivery * Provide highquality patient service and support throughout the infusion process Required Skills * Medical office administration * Patient service and coordination * Medical Assistant experience Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting * Medical Assistant Certification preferred * Experience with medical office coordination or patient care coordination * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English * Proficiency with basic computer functions and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience Level * Intermediate Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Burbank, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
