Join our Team About this opportunity: Join Ericsson as an IT Data Analyst and be part of our dynamic SA Dand Data Analyst Chapter. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, contributing significantly to our business value creation and decision-making processes. Through advanced analytics, data modelling, and visualization techniques, you will provide recommendations for business solutions by identifying both causes and remedies for business challenges. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our data and analytics portfolios, participating in our corporate digital transformation projects, and building data products vital to our data foundations. What you will do: - Lead in defining and understanding business data and analytics requirements. - Validate data availability and quality, providing data expertise in business analysis assignments. - Support in building, qualifying, and managing a portfolio of data and analytics opportunities towards digital product engagement stakeholders. - Advise on data structuring in data products to meet business requirements and enhance self-service analytics capabilities. - Perform data analytics tasks, such as collecting, processing, evaluating, and aggregating data from various sources for analysis. - Collaborate with data architects and engineers to build datasets and identify needs for new data objects to enhance analytics outcomes. - Validate data model logic and algorithms from a business perspective, while ensuring the results of data analysis are robust and reliable. - Interpret, visualize, and present the results of your data analysis, providing actionable insights for business. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan:Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
