As a Security Officer Access Specialist in Twinsburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This role blends customer service, communication, and routine patrols while supporting daily site operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, check in authorized visitors and/or contractors, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery disputes, alarm conditions, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout dock areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity, damaged gates, and other security-related issues.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and access records for people, vehicles, trailers, and/or deliveries while following Allied Universal post orders and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
