The AI Enablement Lead is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for designing, scaling, and operationalizing enterprise AI adoption programs to drive workforce transformation. Operating at a senior manager-equivalent scope, this role demands significant ownership, influence, and the ability to launch and manage programs with the speed and accountability of a product owner. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI enablement programs, from strategy and design to execution, measurement, and iteration. You will partner with cross-functional teams across Technology, the People team, learning and development teams, and business units to drive AI adoption and upskilling across the enterprise. This role is for a proactive self-starter who can translate strategic goals into tangible outcomes, ensuring AI becomes a core component of UHG workforce to amplify productivity, build in-demand AI skills, and augment employee capabilities. This position follows a hybrid schedule withfour in-office days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
