Part-Time Facilities Support Coordinator As a Facilities Support Coordinator you will be responsible for providing general cleaning and upkeep support for buildings and surrounding property at Arcwood's East Liverpool facility.

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Performs general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and surrounding property to maintain a professional appearance, including mowing the lawn, painting interior of building and weed control
• Plans repair work, secures supplies, materials and tools required to complete job
• Coordinates work to be completed with contractors as needed
• Performs housekeeping / janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and order of common areas at the facility, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, locker rooms, lunchrooms, conference rooms, and other public areas
• Removes trash and recyclable materials from various areas of the facility
• Appropriately mixes and utilizes cleaning solutions
• Maintains the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

• Previous experience with lawn care equipment and cleaning equipment/supplies (required)
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning (preferred)
