Position Summary
The Nutrition Center at Boston Children's Hospital is dedicated to providing infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with comprehensive nutrition assessments-an essential component of individualized care plans for a wide range of conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work across several multidisciplinary clinic settings, supporting diverse patient populations. The position is primarily in-person, with 3 days onsite split between our Longwood Ave location in Boston and one of our satellite sites in Needham, Waltham, or Weymouth. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role; however, the team is open to candidates seeking a reduced schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week.

Position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing nutritional care to patients within specific inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Evaluating the medical, biochemical, and nutritional information and assessing patient needs in order to develop and implement the most appropriate nutrition care plans.
  • Assisting in the supervision of the daily work of the dietetic technician.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics
Experience:
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Dietetics with at least 2 years in pediatric nutrition
Certifications/Licensure:
  • Registration by Commission on Dietetic Registration, the Credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as a Registered Dietitian
  • Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a licensed Dietitian.

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
