ABOUT THE ROLE The Plant Engineer manages daily engineering operations within the production plant. Assist production managers and other personnel with standardization, as well as micro and macro production efficiencies and improvements as needed. Research, test, and evaluate existing practices, and implement new ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining safe practices and high quality.
