Essential Functions
-Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs or services, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission and strategic objectives.
-Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff within the program.
-Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
-Supervise and mentor nursing staff assigned to the program.
-Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives related to the program, analyzing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care within the program.
-Collect and analyze relevant data related to program outcomes and performance.
-Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Nursing required and Master's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
Experience
Clinical experience with a background in program management 5-7 years required and Leadership and management experience 3-5 years required

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial principles in healthcare.
