Responsible for the HV Cable sales strategy and execution of long term organizational strategies for specialized and complex products by applying expert-level knowledge. Operates autonomously to interpret complex business challenges, recommend best practices, and lead solution development that enhances organizational performance. With a strategic mind-set the roles requires direct engagement with high-profile clients and senior leadership. Focuses primarily on internal strategy, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining high-level engagement with strategic customers. Aligns closely with senior leadership to influence product direction, sales effectiveness, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities
