This role serves as the primary coordinator for assigned families, helping them access services, community resources, and supports while enhancing caregiving capacity. The position requires knowledge of Early Steps policies and adherence to Federal, State, hospital, and HIPAA guidelines. Responsibilities include caseload management, coordinated family support, timely documentation, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams using strong communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 27.37/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
