Join our OLED Process Development team to design, optimize, and scale chemical processes used in nextgeneration OLED materials. As a Research Chemist, you will focus on handson laboratory work, datadriven process improvement, and crossteam collaboration to deliver highquality specialty chemical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize synthesis processes for OLED materials from lab to pilot scale

  • Improve reaction efficiency, yield, and material purity through data-driven experimentation

  • Analyze impurities, mass balance, and reaction kinetics to guide process decisions

  • Operate and maintain analytical tools such as HPLC/UPLC, NMR, and GC-MS

  • Document experimental methods, results, and process updates

  • Collaborate with analytical, QA, and LCMS teams to support project goals

  • Communicate findings through reports and technical presentations

  • Follow all safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with a Master's degree) in specialty chemical synthesis or process development

  • Hands-on experience with organic synthesis and analytical chemistry

  • Familiarity with reaction kinetics, scale-up, and process optimization

  • Proficiency with digital tools for data collection and documentation

  • Strong understanding of process development principles for small molecules

  • Proficiency with analytical instruments, chemical synthesis equipment, and digital systems for data analysis and documentation

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Commitment to safe laboratory practices
