Job Summary

The Compliance Manager at AMAROK leads the end-to-end permitting and regulatory process for our premier security solutions, including The Electric Guard Dog, access control, and perimeter fencing. This role is the primary liaison between AMAROK and municipal jurisdictions, responsible for navigating complex local codes and securing the necessary building, electrical, and planning approvals required for legal project deployment.The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who can translate technical municipal requirements into actionable plans for our Sales and Installation teams, ensuring every project is compliant, timely, and successful.

Your Impact



  • Develop and execute strategic plans to secure building, electrical, and planning approvals using internal and external resources.
  • Proactively contact and educate municipal officials on AMAROK solutions to obtain favorable determinations and installation pathways.
  • Interpret complex municipal codes and maintain a centralized library of regulatory requirements for nationwide project locations.
  • Conduct extensive site research and commission detailed plans based on Sales and Field Service data.
  • Provide Sales and Installation teams with precise build requirements and jurisdictional conditions to manage customer expectations.
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholder compliance with permitting protocols through rigorous follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Government Relations to prioritize schedules, meetings, and communications with key local government stakeholders.

  • Direct experience securing permits and interpreting complex local/industry codes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and competing deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Highly self-sufficient with the confidence to exercise sound, autonomous judgment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively educate officials and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Skilled in navigating diverse CRM and data platforms.

Approximate Compensation is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical location.
