We are moving beyond traditional training design to build a Performance & Capability Design function that solves business problems by addressing the holistic ecosystem of tools, processes, environment, and skills. We are seeking a Director of Performance & Capability Design to lead this transformation. This is not a traditional Learning & Development role; it is a strategic business leadership role. You will own the strategy and lead large-scale projects for diagnosing and resolving the organization's most complex human performance challenges. You will lead an internal consulting team to architect systemic solutions that directly impact our clinical and business outcomes. An ideal candidate will be highly proficient in leading human performance consulting projects with a proven track record in designing enterprise-wide capability development and large-scale change implementation.
