Basic Qualifications:



  • 4-year College Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role and/or data analytics role. Experience in sales, raw materials, or financial accounting is preferred.

  • Self-driven and motivated with excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.




Preferred Qualifications:




  • Proficient in Microsoft and Oracle applications with highly specialized Excel and mathematical skills.
  • Knowledge of ATI SM alloys and raw material cost components a plus.

Primary Purpose of this Job

The Senior Pricing Administrator will work alongside Pricing and Product Management to design, create, manage, and publish the logic and structure of all key components of ATI SM pricing including but not limited to :

1.) changes in pricing based on raw material movements

2.) changes in pricing due to inflation or value add changes

3.) changes due to any other cost drivers which may arise and become necessary (i.e tariffs, premiums associated with raw material cost, etc.).

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)




  • Development and Maintenance of Raw Material Index Adjustment / Surcharge mechanisms for Std. Price Book and all Long Term Agreements (LTA's).
  • Development, Maintenance, and Distribution all Std. Book and LTA Pricing Agreements.
  • Maintain an approved LTA Specification workbook to ensure compliance to the LTA agreements. A thorough understanding of SAS will be needed.
  • Manage, Track, Forecast, and Report Customer Scrap Buy Back (CSBB) agreements including but not limited to amount of scrap owed vs. amount received and manage any discrepancies which may arise. Will include both internal and external customers.
  • Reconcile and Forecast Differences in "Actual Pricing" vs. "Provided Pricing" of Product for an extended time period due to special arrangements and agreements between ATI SM and our customer base.
  • Responsible for maintaining the ATI SM Commercial SharePoint Supply Agreement Portal including training and troubleshooting these workflows.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as necessary.
  • Develop and Manage Risk Management arrangements with both internal and external customers (i.e. hedging and other forward fixed pricing arrangements).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement to support strategic initiatives; includes ensuring data integrity and consistency of processes to accurately reflect cost and financial reporting.
